Abaphenyi Media Group is a 100 percent black-owned media house specializing in investigative journalism. Abaphenyi is an isiZulu word for digging out hidden dirt, which is what the media group intends to do.
The company was founded in Soweto in March, 2018.
Abaphenyi Media Group aims to promote the highest journalistic ethics using state of the art technology such as on-line media, as well as newspapers, magazines, radio and television.
Abaphenyi prides itself as a non-racial and non-sexist organization. We also cater and attract all races in the country without infringing and indiscriminating the rights of others and operating within the law of the country as enshrined in the Constitution.
Our Vision is to see Corrupt Free Organisations and above board practices by organs of State and Private Sector.
We will archive this by applying Investigative Journalism to bring corrupt practices to light.
